Powder River Examiner -

The mule deer buck pictured above was poached off of private ground along the East River Road over the weekend, near the mouth of Buttermilk Creek. His head was removed; the body left to rot in the field. Anyone with knowledge about the incident is encouraged to call 1-800-TIP-MONT. (Examiner photo)
