Powder River 4-H Teen member Karena Appleman was the successful recipient of a State Award. She received the award in the quilting project and has earned a trip to the National 4-H Congress in Atlanta in November. She is presented the award and congratulated by Todd Kesner, Director of the State 4-H Center during the awards ceremony at State 4-H Congress in Bozeman last week.
