SEMDC Executive Director Jim Atchison, along with SEMDC Community Services Director Julie Emmons Stoddard (pictured at left and right, respectively, above) present a "big check" for 7 million dollars to Powder River County Commissioners Rod Schaffer, Lee Randall, and Donna Giacometto.
