Research team continues study of Powder by Shirley Stuver
Research hydrologist Robert H. “Bob” Meade and hydrologist John A. Moody, the U.S. geological team who have been recording data on the Powder River for 20 years, have been working along the river for the past ten days, between Moorhead and Broadus.
Meade, as a senior hydrologist with the Department of the Interior, says, “I get a certain amount of privileges in choosing topics for research, aside from regular duties, and wanted to record geological facts on this wild and untamed western river.”...
