Note to those receiving this week's paper late:

By executive order, the President gave all non-essential Federal employees this Wednesday off, to mourn for former President George H.W. Bush, following his passing. This included most of the US Postal Service. The order didn’t come through until Monday, which meant shipping for some of the newspapers was thrown off a day, not to mention severely altering a lot of other shipping and federal work schedules.
