Herzog and Coulter win at Laurel Meet

Broadus High School Track traveled to Laurel last weekend for the Park City/Harlo Meet, where they competed against over 20 teams, and 500 athletes, according to Broadus Head Coach Jerry Coulter.

Standout performances for the Hawks included Luke Herzog, who won first in the 800 meter with a 2 minute 6.30 second run. Kiarah Coulter placed in three events, taking first in the long jump with a 16 foot 3 inch jump, fourth in the Shot Put with a 34 foot 1 inch throw, and fifth in the Javelin with a 99 foot 6.5 inch throw.
