Athletes honored at Awards Banquet

 


Earlier this month, the Sports Awards Banquet was held at the school. Here are the recipients of the 2018-19 awards:

Football Awards: Best Lineman: Thomas Drane, Offensive MVP: Larry Hunt, Defensive MVP: Tate Harmon, Practice Player: Clay LaPlant.

Volleyball Awards: Lady Hawk Award (MVP): Kiarah Coulter, Most Inspirational: Jadyn Traub, Best Serve %: Kiarah Coulter 97.9%, Ace Award: Kylee Drane 98, Most Kills: Kiarah Coulter 351, Amanda Gaskill Award: Kiarah Coulter.

Cheerleading Awards: Spirit Award: Kylee Drane, Spirit Award: Megan Johnson, Captain Award: Hannah Rasmussen.

Girls Basketball Awards: MVP: Kiarah Coulter, Most Improved: Lucinda Cain, Most Inspirational: Kylee Drane, Miss Hustle: Callie Williams.

Speech & Drama: Rookie of the Year: Megan Johnson, Most Improved: Samantha Perry, MVP: Erick McConnon.

Wrestling: BAGUBA: Troy Amsden, Most Improved: Dakota Holbrook, MVP: Seth McDowell, Most Inspirational: Josiah Middle Rider, Mike Washington Memorial: Larry Hunt, Devin Denson Award: Donovan Sturtz.


Golf Awards: Boys MVP: To be determined this week, Rookie of the Year: Jason Standing Elk Jr., Most Competitive: Troy Amsden, Most Improved: Joziah Brost, Girls MVP: Callie Williams.

Cross Country Awards: MVP: Rachel Rasmussen, Most Improved: Abbie Heacock, Runner to Watch: Lea Aye.

Multiple Sport Award: Kylee Drane, Clay LaPlant, Hannah Rasmussen, Guillermo Castellanos, Ronnie Richards, Kiarah Coulter, Erick McConnon, Karli Collins, Megan Johnson, Samantha Perry, Rachel Rasmussen (5 Sports), Troy Amsden, Johnny Richards, Lacey Robinson (4 Sports).


Female Athlete of the Year: Kiarah Coulter.
