Commissioners met for their weekly meeting with Lee Randall, and Rod Schaffer present.

Meeting was called to order.

No public comment was received at this time.

Consent agenda – Rod moved, Lee seconded this motion, all in favor, motion carried. Consent agenda approved.

Clerk & Recorder, Cynde Gatlin met with board for a weekly meeting. Gatlin presented the various issues to the board: a resume for the medical admin., Victory Insurance quote, and a PIO training class that the commissioners could go to. She also asked the board about the upcoming budget workshop in Billings and who would like to attend. Discussion was held in regards to hiring a temporary employee at the Road Dept, no final decision was made. The silent auction was discussed and the best way to conduct the closing of the auction to keep it organized. Gatlin reported on various issues within her office. The board then reviewed the contract with Montana Health Network and the possibility of getting an interim nursing home administrator to cover the absence of this position in the near future. Rod motioned to accept the contract with Montana Health Network to contract for an interim administrator, Lee seconded the motion, all in favor, motion passed.


Doug Mraz stopped in to visit with the board. The board then ended the silent auction at 1:00 pm.

The board reviewed the quotes for a building at the landfill, the board discussed what would work best for the department, and Lee will get the building ordered.

No public comment was heard at this time.
