The bum calf, lamb and goat class is one of the most popular events at the Powder River County Fair and a wonderful opportunity for pre-4-H aged exhibitors to get a taste of what the Fair is all about. Judge Bryce McKenzie complimented Fair organizers for offering the classes, saying, "these are your future exhibitors."

Those who brought bum lambs to town included Randen Bilbrey with "Buttercup", Rickee Bilbrey with "Spot"; Rachel Rosencranz with "Wilson" and Sophie Ostendorf with "Baby". Bum goats included Hazel Kinzer with "Nancy"; Rowdy Ryan with "Dean" and Brent Andrews with "Nosey". Bum calves were shown by: Jewel and Denver Kuhbacher with "Jack", Addison Harper with "Strawberry", Paisley Harper with "Rosey" and Emma Mills with "Lemon".

Judge Bryce McKenzie evaluates the bum calf class with pleasure, stating, "These children are your future 4-H members and community leaders. It starts with these young exhibitors."
