Minors Baseball Games Will Take Place In June

By Jerry Coulter

Three dates have been set in June to play baseball for players ages 6-10. The dates these players can show up and play are Tuesday June 16, June 23, and June 30 at 5:30 p.m. We will meet at the Little League field by the swimming pool. There will be no cost to players. Players must be ages 6 through 10 as of April 30th of this year to play.

We will have to adhere to some safety guidelines to do this. Players must bring their own baseball gloves, shoes, water bottle and hand sanitizer to be used during breaks. We will also provide sanitizers. No high fives during practice. Each helmet and bat will be sanitized after each player. People in the stands will be asked to adhere to the 6’ social distancing guideline. No sunflower seeds will be allowed at the field, for players or the crowd. No concession sales are planned. We may have fans sign in for tracing COVID-19. Please do the best you can to follow these guidelines so everyone is safe and the kids get to play some baseball.

If you have any questions, contact Jerry Coulter or Amanda Zimmer.
