Nearing a century of experience, Virginia Robinson participated in the Centennial Powder River County Fair parade and was honored during the opening ceremonies at the Fairgrounds. Extension Agent Mary Rumph congratulates Virginia on her longevity and life-long commitment to her community. Many more fair pictures, as well as fair results are spread throughout this issue.
