The annual 4-H Mini-Congress attracted forty third through seventh grade participants this year, according to MSU Powder River Extension Agent Mary Rumph. Eight teens combined resources and creativity to provide workshops, games, pizza and a movie for an afternoon and evening of learning and socializing with the younger set. The event was held at the Powder River County District High School on Thursday, December 29th.

"It is an opportunity for the teens to provide leadership and serve as positive role models for the younger participants," said Extension Agent Julie Riley. "They did a great job rising to the challenge!"
