The Yes I Can! International Awards Program was established in 1981 to celebrate the achievements of exceptional children and youth. It is to encourage youth to seek their highest potential, abilities, aspirations, and their personal qualities.

Collin Roberts (pictured in the accompanying photo), a senior at PRCDHS, has been nominated and selected for this award because of his self-advocacy. He has made achievements in assuming practical responsibility for himself, using knowledge of legal rights, advancing his goals, and/or has been effective in obtaining appropriate accommodations for himself at school and at work. Collin intends on going to college at the University of Montana, in Missoula, to partake in the Culinary Arts program.
