Powder River Examiner -

During this 4-H meeting we planned to go ice-skating during Christmas break, and we brainstormed ideas about our theme for the fair. We also went caroling at the heritage center. Some people went to the mini Congress. The Congress was fun, and exciting.

Hanna Dudek, Tongue River Crossroads 4-H Club

The Biddle Busy Beavers 4-H club had their December meeting at the Powder River Nursing Home on December 8. Old business was the horse workshop. New business was the 2019 fair theme. We decided on Fair is Hot and 4-H is LIT. These were submitted to the fair board. We also submitted our nominee for fair dedication. There was some discussion about the club giving graduating seniors a scholarship. There will be further discussion about this topic. The meeting was adjourned. Following the meeting we read to the residents and made Christmas cards.
