Considered an endurance event, the Round Robin Showmanship contest is the final opportunity for an exhibitor to demonstrate their expertise and composure following an exhausting four days of Fair, according to MSU Powder River Extension Agent Mary Rumph.

Qualifiers for the Round Robin are the top two exhibitors in each species. Often, an exhibitor will qualify with more than one species; resulting in a third or fourth place showman participating in the Round Robin. The goal is to have two senior exhibitors and two junior exhibitors representing four species in the Round Robin.

Exhibitors who participated in the 2021 Round Robin Junior Division were Alivia Landa, Shyla Madsen, Jayce Schroeder, Presley Williams, Ashton Madsen, Shaylee Bilbrey, Justin Aye and Danica Schroeder; and Senior contestants included Lea Aye, Grayson Arithson, Rheanna Schroeder, and Paysen Kuhbacher.

Two young exhibitors, competing in the Round Robin for the first time, tied for the Amanda Gaskill Memorial Buckle sponsored by Bub, Carlene, Garrett, Drew, Marnie, Mesa and Wade Gaskill. Presley Williams and Danica Schroeder shared the spotlight when the award was announced. The Gaskill family sponsored an additional buckle for the very deserving duo.

Shaylee Bilbrey won the Grand Champion Junior Round Robin Showman award, a jacket sponsored by Powder River Farm Bureau and a buckle sponsored by Powder River Diesel. Reserve Grand Champion Round Robin honors went to Shyla Madsen, who received a set of clippers sponsored by Jason and Hattie Arithson.

The Grand Champion Senior Round Robin winner was Rheanna Schroeder. She received a buckle sponsored by Tim and Gaylene Fortner and a jacket sponsored by Powder River Farm Bureau. Reserve Grand Champion Round Robin winner in the Senior Division was Lea Aye. She received a set of clippers sponsored by Broadus Feed & Supply – Anipro.
