Faith Bible Church is reaching out to our community with an October event called, “No Tricks, Just Treats”. Jesus took the time to help people and we want to do the same.
Through October 31, we will be doing service projects for anyone in our community that could use a hand with basic projects. This past Sunday we went around town picking up tree limbs that had been taken down by the recent heavy snow. We were able to haul off three big loads from people’s yards.
For the next two weeks, we’d like to hear from anyone that has a need. Maybe it is raking leaves, cleaning windows or just hauling off some unwanted wares. Please call the church at 436-2857 and let us know how we might be able to help.
We will be foregoing the Harvest Carnival for this year, but look to have it back next fall. So allow us to treat you by doing some of the chores that you aren’t able to get to. Have a blessed fall.
