AAU Wrestling Awards

A large crowd was on hand at the VFW last Thursday for the Broadus AAU Wrestling Club Award Banquet as awards were presented to wrestlers. Best attitude awards went to Mesa Graff, Braydon Reil, Sophie Ostendorf, and Cort Fleming. Most improved awards went to Monte Goggin, Thane Kolka, Blaze Reil, Charles Hartman, Trace Emmons, and Gunner Pluhar. Leadership awards were presented to Cole Draine and Reuben Kinzer. Myla Gatlin was recognized as wrestler of the year, while she was also recognized alongside Hazel Kinzer for their second place wins at state wrestling.
