April & May Meetings

Before the April meeting we worked on record books. On April 6, 2022 Reece Emmons called the meeting to order. Addison Harper led the pledges. There were 8 members, 1 guest, and 3 leaders present. Maci Emmons gave the Treasurer’s report. We discussed Earth Day. Reece read the announcements. Emelyn Harper moved to adjourn the meeting. The Emmons family provided snacks. After the meeting, we tied a blanket for Hazel Kinzer.

On May 26, 2022 Reece Emmons called the meeting to order. Paisley Harper led the pledges. Bonita Kinzer did roll call. There were 11 members, 1 new member, 1 guest, and 4 leaders present. Maci Emmons gave the Treasurer’s report. We were told to start thinking of ideas for the club booth at the fair. Reece read the announcements. The next meeting will be June 14, 2022. Maci moved to adjourn the meeting. Rachel Rosencranz provided the snacks. After the meeting, we primed and painted the fence behind the fair barn. We did not get the fence done, so we will try and finish at the next meeting. Cody Kinzer bought us popsicles.
