On August 28th the Powder River Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons #135 and Ekalaka Lodge #125 met at the Masonic Lodge in Broadus to install officers. The ceremony was officiated by Sagebrush District Officer Marty Reierson from Hyram Lodge Forsyth.
Officers installed were: Worshipful Master: Pat Strickland, Ekalaka, Senior Warden: Doug Bonsell, Ekalaka, Junior Warden: Elliott Barnhart, Broadus, Senior Deacon: Ayche Draine, Broadus, Junior Deacon: Devin Boman, Broadus, Senior Steward: John Smith, Broadus, Tyler: Hugh Fulton, Broadus, Secretary/ Treasurer: Mike Capra, Broadus.
Following the ceremony the members, their families and guests moved to the park for a picnic. There was a great turnout of brothers from Broadus, Ekalaka, Sheridan and Forsyth.
