Joey Williams of Volborg placed 6th at the Wrangler National Finals Breakaway Roping last week, in Las Vegas. Williams won Round 7 of the event with a 1.9 second performance.

Cadee Williams of Weatherford, Texas was the overall winner.

Williams horse, Baybe, which was raised on the family ranch and trained by Williams’ husband, Taylor, won the Nutrena Horse of the Year Award.

According to the WPRA site, Williams was 7th in overall world standings with $80,315 in winnings in 2022.
