The Broadus 5th grade class performed their "Unwax Museum" last week, while students of Biddle Elementary had their own event the week prior. The events consist of students researching and learning about a person from history, then "becoming" that person for the event, where they also had boards set up with facts about their famous person, and a costume to play the part.

Attendees of the event drop a coin into a jar in front of a student's booth, and the student "comes alive" as their character, answering a question or reciting a fact.

Broadus students and their characters are pictured below.

Biddle students and their characters included: Riley Rumph as Alexander Graham Bell, Sadie Rumph as Amelia Earhart, Grady Rumph as John Deere, and Kaley Rumph as Katy Perry.

The Biddle School's Wax Museum participants are pictured left to right. They are named along with alter egos performed as during the event: Riley Rumph as Alexander Graham Bell, Sadie Rumph as Amelia Earhart, Grady Rumph as John Deere, and Kaley Rumph as Katy Perry.
