TRECO Trio Tournament Raises Money For Scholarships

18 players turned out for the first annual TRECO TRIO Golf Tournament in Broadus on August 12. A portion of the entry fees went to benefit Education Round Up, a scholarship program for graduating Seniors.
Education Round Up is a program through TRECO where members can choose to round up their monthly bill to the nearest dollar and put this spare change into the scholarship fund.
Currently there are 411 members signed up for the program and TRECO was able to give away 4 additional scholarships this year due to this program.
This year's winners of the tournament were Rick Gatlin, Gye Varner and Doug Mraz. Kade Rumph, Calvin Monger and Chris Monger took home second place honors.
