Powder River Manor’s Unforgettable Recipes was first introduced in 2018, with Cherie Stachey playing a big role in the cookbook’s publication. The cookbooks have recipes from past residents and staff that they wanted to be able to share with the future generations to keep these precious recipes from being forgotten. Included are a variety of recipes, ranging from appetizers to soups, main dishes, and desserts – everything from Stanley Damm’s ham and bean soup to Linda Rogge’s chocolate cake.

You can pick one up for yourself at the following locations: The Coffee Shop, Bella Si Salon, Powder River Petals, Alderman Oil, The Corner Store, and of course Powder River Manor. The cost is $8.00 at the Manor, and all profits go to the trust account for Manor residents, which is used for things the residents would like to purchase for the group.
