Broadus Team Takes Second At State Wrestling

Beasts From The East - The Broadus Hawks Wrestling Team snagged the second place trophy in Class C Wrestling at State, last weekend in Billings. The second place win marks the first state wrestling trophy for Broadus since 1976. Pictured above being carried are AJ Schoenbeck, Riggin Schaffer, and Kail Irish. With eight wrestlers on the roster for the state tournament, Broadus Head Wrestling Coach Frankie Schoonover knew there was a chance at a team trophy, but it would take a full team effort to make such an event occur.
