Powder River Examiner -

Youth recognized for being Top Exhibitors in the Powder River County Fair were Junior Division member Lauryn Billing, receiving an award sponsored by Tim & Gaylene Fortner; and Karena Appleman in the Senior Division receiving an award sponsored by John & Julie Riley. Karena Appleman was also recognized and congratulated for winning a State Award, earning a trip to Atlanta, Georgia for National 4-H Congress at the end of this month. She received financial support from the 4-H Council and Teen 4-H. Congratulations, Karena, for a trip well deserved.
